2. Eligible refunds
- Money-back guarantee: if you are not happy with your first purchase of a Starter, Pro, or Managed base subscription, request a refund within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full.
- Billing errors: duplicate charges or charges after a confirmed cancellation are always refunded.
- Service failure: if a significant outage on our side prevents you from using a paid feature, we may issue a pro-rated credit or refund at our discretion.
3. Not refundable
- renewal charges after the first billing period (cancel before renewal to avoid them);
- metered Managed usage - storage, egress, API operations, and image transforms - because these costs are incurred as you use them;
- additional seats or websites added mid-period, beyond the 14-day window;
- Enterprise and custom agreements, which follow the terms of the signed contract;
- accounts suspended or terminated for breaching the Terms of Service.
4. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for; after that, production API keys stop validating and premium features turn off. Your data is not deleted on BYO plans. On Managed plans you have 30 days to export files.
5. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged pro-rata for the rest of the period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal, and no partial refund is issued for the current period.
6. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email, or open a billing request in the dashboard. Include your account email and the invoice number. Refunded licenses are revoked, so the matching API keys will stop working.
7. Processing
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Taxes collected on the original charge are refunded with it.
8. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law in your country. Where the law gives you more, the law applies.
